SERVICES WE OFFER

At Changing Lives Network, we’re all about making a real difference by supporting recovery and independence. Through our Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA), we provide personalized support services led by specialists with lived experience, offering guidance and self-advocacy training. Our Transitional Youth Services help young adults aged 16–21 move from state custody or school-based services into independent adulthood, focusing on housing, education, and employment to build lasting support networks. We also offer outpatient therapy for individuals and families facing mental illness, substance use, and trauma, all in a safe, encouraging space that fosters healing and growth. Peer support is available for ages 18 and up, and In-Home Therapy Services are offered for ages 3–20. Our Support Specialists connect people to the resources they need to achieve their goals independently. Medicaid consumers interested in supported self-directed recovery can be referred to our peer support services by counselors, and counselors or social workers serving those with serious mental illness in Forsyth, Alamance, or Guilford County are welcome to reach out to request services.
