Changing Lives Networks, Inc. will coordinate with other service providers to support a whole health and wellness approach to recovery. Peer Support Specialists will help you identify and connect with the support you need to achieve your goals independently.
Counselors can make referrals for peer support services for Medicaid consumers interested in supported self-directed recovery. Counselors and Social Workers may contact Changing Lives Networks, Inc to request peer support services if they are serving a consumer with serious mental illness living in Forsyth/Alamance/Guilford County.
